SHIPPING POLICIES

Brand Nutrition ships with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS). Below are a list of services for US and International shipments for your convenience. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt if payment is made using a credit card or PayPal. Orders must be received before 1:00 pm EST to guarantee same-day shipping. Please note that we cannot ship an order until payment has been received in full. If we find that there will be a delay in processing your order, we will contact you immediately. Please call customer service at 215-245-1280 if you have any questions about when your order will be shipped out. Please be sure to give us a correct and complete address to avoid shipping delays or additional shipping fees.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package and the shipping destination. Final prices will be shown during the checkout process.

United States options

Please note that UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. In addition, UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as business days and will not deliver on these days; however, they do offer a Saturday delivery option to certain shipping methods depending on the day the order is shipping (see below). Please note that the shipment timeframe begins with the day AFTER we have filled your order for shipment. Please contact us BEFORE ORDERING if you want to be sure of when you order will be delivered if it will be a time-sensitive shipment.

United States Postal Service

*We cannot guarantee overnight services with this method. Please contact our customer service BEFORE ordering if you would like to check the estimated delivery date for your Priority Express Mail shipment.

United Parcel Service

*Saturday Delivery: – UPS offers Saturday delivery on their expedited shipping options; however, it is not available to certain locations. Please contact us BEFORE placing an order if you will require Saturday delivery so that we can check on delivery to your area. Please note that Saturday Delivery requires additional shipping charges.

International options

Please not that the delivery times below are approximations set forth of the United States Postal Service and do not include the time that packages are processed by customs in your country. Please note that customs may impose their own delivery fees.

ORDERING INFORMATION

As noted in our Shipping Policy, orders are normally filled within 24 hours (next business day) and can be shipped the same day if they are received by 1:00 pm EST if paying with a credit card.

Payment Methods

We accept all four major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

You may also choose to pay by check, but your order will not be shipped until the check is received and cleared.

RETURN POLICY

If you need any technical assistance with a product, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Before you return a product to us, you must contact us be sending an email to info@brandnutritionusa.com. In order for us to authorize the return, it will need to meet three requirements:

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept products that do not meet these conditions. If the product is being returned for a refund, there will be a 25% restocking fee. If the product if being returned for an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Brand Nutrition will not rent, sell, or share any of your personal information that you provide us through our website, e-mail, or postal mail.  Your information is solely used to notify you about your orders.

Brand Nutrition uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting sensitive information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Another way to see that you are in a secure section of our website is by looking at the web address at the top of the window – it should begin with https://. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers.
